Emerald green matrix twilled carbon fiber, by American Tackle, fuses the beauty of a woven twill graphite material with the traditional intermediate modulus rod design. The result is a cutting edge fly rod and the first of its kind to be offered. The Green-Stix "Matrix" material adds power and sensitivity to the butt section without inhibiting the performance of the unidirectional tip section. Garnished with a variety of reel seats, guides, lengths, and weights, 6' 6" - 2, 2 wt up to 9' - 2, 12 wt.

Matrix DLX and Matrix Custom

The Matrix DLX Fly Rod is truly a custom built fly rod. Each rod has titanium chrome single foot guides, double foot titanium chrome strippers with hard rings, titanium chrome winding check, Superior Grade cork handles with jadewood trim, matching locking jadewood reel seats and fighting butts.

The Matrix Fly Rod a 44 modulus carbon fiber and graphite scrim. Extremely light, 20% lighter than a comparable graphite rod. Moterate to moderate fast action. Flat casting and extremely accurate with a sensitive feel. The Matrix rod comes standard with single foot, hard chrome guides, and strippers. Grand "A" cork handle, hard anodized aluminum reel seat in gun smoke to match the guides and strippers. The rod includes a fighting butt as standard.
